Flotronics Automation is now an Authorized Distributor for ReeR Safety Products.
Flotronics Automation is excited to announce we’re expanding our line of safety automation products to now include ReeR, a name known in safety for over 60 years.
ReeR is a leader in cutting edge industrial safety products including safety light curtains, safety controllers, safety sensors and measurement light curtains.

Introducing Pneumatic Cushioning Option on Aventics CCI Cylinder Series, and a 125mm diameter version
The optimally adjusted integrated pneumatic cushioning smoothly reduces the speed of the cylinder piston at the end of the stroke.
– Less shocks and vibrations will increase lifetime and productivity in machines and installations
– Users will benefit from a quieter noise environment.
– No adjustment is required.
– The allowable kinetic energy is tripled compared to the standard version
– Larger loads and higher speeds can be achieved compared to the standard version
– A smaller size can be used, reducing cost and providing energy savings.
This option keeps the ISO 21287 dimensions, with no change compared to the standard version
With the extension of D125mm, we can offer the highest force in a compact design, 60% smaller than standard ISO cylinder.
